The Brief

We were hired by Wavewash to help launch and bring to market the Wavewash non-contact 20-second hand washing timer, a brand new product developed in response to COVID-19. The client was working to a tight deadline – bringing an idea to reality in just 30 days – and in the highly unusual and challenging circumstances of lockdown. They needed an agency that could deliver real results, and quickly.

Our Approach

We handled every aspect of the marketing and PR, from straplines and messaging to launch campaigns, press releases, website content, organic and paid social, and website copywriting and SEO.

After devising a detailed launch campaign, we delivered national coverage in the Daily Mail, relevant industry press including The Carer and Retail Times, and helped to launch a fully operational ecommerce site from start to finish, within two months.

Thanks, in part, to our help, the product is now being sold to schools, homes and businesses across the UK, as well as healthcare providers.
