We’re looking for a paid media specialist to join Carrington. This position’s ideal for someone with between 2-5 years’ experience working with Google Ads and paid social accounts (either in an agency or in-house) and who loves the idea of working at a Google Partner agency, helping to deliver brilliant returns for our clients.
We want someone with bags of talent and passion for PPC and paid social ads across all platforms (Meta and LinkedIn especially). We want to keep growing and we need an energetic and ambitious team to help us get there.

- Managing client Pay-Per-Click campaigns through Google Ads, across Search, Display, Shopping and Video
- Managing paid social ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (and other platforms)
- Microsoft Ads experience
- Optimising campaigns for clients daily, weekly and monthly
- Optimising conversation rates and implementing advanced conversion tracking
- Data analysis from Google Ads and Google Analytics to optimise accounts and improve performance
- Setting client strategies in partnership with our PR and SEO teams
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure that the agency has all assets and account access as required for management of campaigns
- Effectively forecast performance to set KPIs and accurately recommend budgets for client campaigns
- Leading paid media processes and ensuring campaigns are running on 2025-best practises
- Regular account audits to identify new opportunities and growth of campaigns and results
- Reporting and analytics of PPC campaign
- Supporting with new business pitches and proposals
Essential
- Strong track record of managing B2B lead generation campaigns
- Experience managing multiple ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook and more
- Experience of managing clients and working with them to deliver strong results
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certification
- Great client relationship and team working skills
- Strong attention to detail and timekeeping
- Clear communication for clients and internal teams
