We were tasked with promoting Doddington Hall’s impressive seasonal events, including Dark Magic at Halloween and Enchanted Forest at Christmas, across local, regional and national print, online and broadcast media.
The challenge was to showcase the best of what Doddington Hall has to offer and promote the activities that were taking place, but were of interest to local and national journalists and of course, the public.
Successful Halloween and Christmas campaigns demand creativity, organisation and exceptional forward-planning to hit early journalist deadlines and to secure much-coveted coverage.
Recognising that there were many angles and stories to be told, we took the story of the Hall and its events beyond the What’s On guides. We invited the press to experience the hall for themselves, as well as publishing a series of press releases to highlight the history of the hall, the sustainability of the Estate and its ‘jam-packed’ calendar of events and attractions.
We also liaised with national and local journalists and advertisers to get Doddington Hall to hit the seasonal roundups across Lincolnshire and the UK.
Our work saw us secure coverage on inews, The Telegraph, Mirror, Closer magazine, Country Life and Country & Town House and many more.
