Belvin Construction SERVICES PPC 4/4 entries shortlisted as finalists 1/4 entries awarded ‘highly commended’ 1/4 entries awarded ‘winner’ 28 items of coverage from one story, including Grand Designs Magazine Belvin Construction is a Lincoln-based construction firm offering a wide range of building and construction services across the UK, specialising in new builds, refurbishments and extensions. Formed in 2016, it has become a leading construction business in and around Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. In 2019, the company approached us to publicise their role in the construction of a RIBA Award winning residential property to ensure they received due credit after a partner failed to mention them in the award application. We were also approached to provide award writing support, drafting and submitting two entries for the Greater Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards 2025 and a further two entries for the same awards in 2026. As these awards are the county’s only dedicated awards of their kind, our goal was to provide award-winning entries that would raise the profile of Belvin Construction and grow its reputation across Lincolnshire. For the RIBA award, we immediately contacted the highly regarded architectural awards and successfully had Belvin added to the winning entry, ensuring the company was listed as the builder. Then, we created a press release announcing the win and highlighting the company’s role in the project. Along with direct pitching for features, articles and interviews, our campaign secured widespread coverage targeting local media as well as construction industry and self-build audiences. This included coverage in Grand Designs Magazine which added a last-minute mention of Belvin prior to publication. Our entries for the Lincolnshire Construction and Property Awards required lots of detailed information, with extensive judging criteria for each category. We worked closely with the client to gather as much information as possible about each project we were submitting to make our entries as strong as possible. After doing so, we were then able to cherry pick the most impressive details to fit the various criteria – including design excellence, social and economic impact, sustainability and visual impact. We also made sure to include relevant statistics that we knew would stand out to the judges, like the value of money invested, the number of jobs created and how many people the projects had a positive impact on. In addition, we made sure to include technical information about each project relating to materials used, planning permissions, highways agreements and drainage – showing Belvin Construction’s technical expertise and how the team is able to adapt to technical challenges. Supporting materials were also an important part of each entry. We selected a handful of the best images of the projects, providing a visual element for the judges to see the end result and some of the most impressive highlights of the client’s work. As a result of our work, Belvin Construction was shortlisted for four out of four entries, awarded highly commended for one entry and awarded the winner for another. To continue generating positive results for Belvin Construction, and further raise its profile and reputation across the county, we have now been asked to prepare two more entries for the Greater Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards 2027.
